Hello, anybody having any trouble with bracelet rattle (which is really end link rattle) like I did may want to give this a try. I did it on a relatively cheap 1175/640 so I'm not advocating trying it on a 7077 or 7912, but by all means if you're brave go for it! It took me all of 5 minutes and worked perfectly! I apologize in advance if this has been posted here before, just trying to help. Also apologize as its demonstrated on a Rolex.

I do that all the time, using smooth brass-jawed pliers. I cringed a bit when I saw the serrated jaws in the link.

 

Yeah, I also used smooth brass pliers, but the ones from the link definitely have more of an effect visually clamping down on the end links!!
