The plunge has been taken, just home and hope all is well with the new arrival. I reckon it's a good un.
Still has protective film in place for about another five minutes :)
Please let me have your opinions, good or bad.

Looks good to me, but I have very little knowledge about these modern Omegas. I've seen fakes of every bit of this package, from the wallet to the hangtags, for sale at different venues. Whether someone would be able to put all of it together, I've haven't a clue.

If the serial number on the inside of the lugs match to all of the other paperwork, you've likely got a genuine specimen.

Only way to be sure would be to take it to an Omega Boutique with a watchmaker and have them take a look under the bonnet.

Totally agree we have to take care out there, would often pop the hood with a lot of pieces but reckon will leave it to the pros.
Next few days will subject it to a going over, just removed a few links and that is as far as want to go at the moment.

Took time today to stand it before judge and jury, innocent of any charges :)
Mentioned to the judge that I could not see logo on crystal, told not to worry as this model did not have that trait ?
Is that correct as I thought they all had ? :(

These have a sapphire crystal, no logo. Only the Hesalite (acrylic) ones have the logo.

    Cute dog - woof!

Thanks for the confirmation, searched the web and some conflicting stories, good to know the real story.
