I was outbid on this poorly worded (speed master) ebay add for a Speedmaster 57' cal 9300 at the last moment, I should have set my bid higher! http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Omega-Speed-master-57-/152446609031?nav=LOSTPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network And then today saw it reposted by the buyer! http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/112327664395Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network I wonder if they will get a quick profit. I guess it stings a bit to know that the watch was legit from the grainy photos in the original ad.
Definitely looks like the same watch and buyer. Things get flipped all the time though, sorry you didn't land it. I am guessing not shipping off the island made a pretty large dent in available purchasers as well.
You F##Ked up my friend. Better luck next time. Don't feel bad , we have all done it plenty of times and will do it plenty more times again. Don't give up the quest for a MAD bargain ever.
The add was listed as "omega speed master" so it wouldn't have come up with a normal "speedmaster" search - only that i was just trawling through search pages and found it! - i think myself and the buyer were the only two people watching the auction to be honest.
Wow - purchased for $3900?! Someone didn't do their research when they originally listed this LOL. Oh well, whomever was the lucky bidder is going to make some serious cash on the flip......
