What do all you Speedy experts think about this watch?

I like it but I'm far from an expert. Do you know what year it is or the movement number? I'm only slightly confused by the dot over 90 bezel, which is great, and the case back which seems to be from the later model Speedmaster.

Someone else will will be along shortly with some expert opinion.

 

The bracelet also looks like an older version, very interesting.
Also still has Tritium dial. 70s to early 80s 145.(0)022?
I'm also curious about the movement number.
And, we need the book ;-)

 

These scars come about when you use one of this to open the caseback...
