Hi everyone, I apologize if this topic has been beat to death already but as a graduation/first job/birthday gift to myself I'm interested in purchasing a Speedmaster Professional ref. 311.30.42.30.01.006 or a FOIS. With this being my first watch and all, I want to make the most informed decision possible. Personally, i'm leaning towards the Speedmaster Professional but the 42mm size kind of puts me off a bit due to my small-ish wrists. They measure around 6.5 inches and the top of my rest measures at around 2 inches. I'm worried that the lugs on the Speedmaster would hang over my wrists. What are some opinions on both watches? Again, sorry if this question is posted/answered every other week. Thanks!
The lug length on both are about the same although the case might be 2mm smaller but that is just due to the crown guards. They wear pretty similar in my opinion.
