I own two of these bracelets and I'm noticing that on one of them, the clasp as well as the edges are completely polished. Granted, the other one I own is much more worn, but the edges are completely brushed. It appears to be factory brushing. Can anyone verify if the 1450 came with two separate versions of factory finishing?

I have a couple of these and believe there was only one factory finish: satin (brushed) top and polished sides, both on bracelet and clasp. It's quite easy to mimic factory brushing with a satin wheel, which could explain the brushed sides on yours.

Because a picture is worth 1000 words...

Edit : note the brushed and polished surfaces, and the fact that is attached to a real speedmaster ... ;)
