Here's one stamped 145.022-78, maybe perfect for a birth year watch? Again I am not recommending it just pointing it out.

Would you really want to take a chance on a watch with a 44mil serial number, 78 caseback, metal brake and a non-working chrono?

I think i need to include both 145.022-76 , 145.022- 78 and the serial number from 37xxxxxx - 40xxxxxx

Actually i will consider other 145.022 if the watch is in a very good condition
