· 145.022-69 reference cal. 861
· Serial #30,593,xxx (likely production date of late 1970)
· “Pre-moon” caseback, correct for the reference
· Step dial, correct for the reference
· DNN bezel, correct for the serial number
· Twenty-four tooth crown
· Leather strap included (as shown in pictures)
· Price: $4,200 bank wire or Paypal. If Paypal, any fees charged will be added to the purchase price.
· Shipping: Domestic USPS registered & insured - included in purchase price. International shipping at cost minus $20.
Pros
· The watch is in excellent vintage condition with very sharp case & caseback, good condition bezel, and pristine hands and dial.
· The watch was serviced in early 2016 at the European Watch Company in Boston. A complete movement disassembly and cleaning was completed. A new OEM hesalite crystal (with Omega logo) was installed during service. No other parts were replaced.
Cons
· I noted before service that the hour hand totalizer would occasionally not fully reset after being used. After speaking with the watchmaker, I elected not to have the issue corrected during service as I do not use the chronograph for periods greater than one hour. The asking price of the watch has been adjusted accordingly.
Please review the pictures carefully as they are part of the description. Movement shots were taken by the watchmaker after service. Returns accepted only if the watch is not as described.
Questions welcomed.
