Does anyone know if there were any 105.012s delivered with no professional dials? I found an auction of a 105.012 65 that has a no professional dial and asymmetrical T to the left of Swiss made. According to my moonwatch only copy all 105.012 should have the professional printing.

Yes should have Pro dial.

Almost certainly had an incorrect dial from a 105.003 swapped in at some point over the last few decades when values were low and whatever dial was close enough was good enough.

This dial belongs to an Ed White I believe.

Well, there are some old Omega catalogues and adverts from the mid 60's showing a Speedmaster Professional with a Pre-Professional dial.
Granted these images are illustrations and not actual photographs of a watch, but I believe that the same way that there are examples of vintage Racing Speedmasters with non-Professional dials, we could not rule out the possibility that some examples of "regular" Speedmasters could have come out of the factory with a non-professional dial.

To know whether an example like that is "True" or not will be highly dependent on the provenance and the condition or the watch.
Maybe if you shared some pictures of the watch in question we could better assess it.

Have there been any documented Pro speedys with a Pre-Pro dial, though?

Not that I know of.

Here is the illustration from the Omega ad I mentioned in my previous post.
If you have a keen eye to the details, it is quite easy to tell that the watch in the illustration is a 105.012-65. The MKI case is very distinct.
Additionally, notice the dial is a "Close T" dial.
Point being is that the illustration is very detailed. Nothing seems to be "Made up" so I find it hard to believe that the PROFESSIONAL has been omitted from the illustration by accident.

Great insights, I stayed away from the watch but I really like the discussion that developed.
