Speedmaster 105.012-65 with Extract of the Archives showing delivered to Mexico 15th November 1966.

I acquired it from a Mexican Estate picker in 2012 and I serviced it at Swiss Time Services shortly after I got it, but I have no documents. I have not worn it much.

Watch is in UK and UK face to face would be great

I am selling due to my trying to cut down my collection to one of each reference.
This watch has a lovely patina and tropical dial that some will call damaged. I like it.

Indeed one of the subdials has a small mark where the hand was previously incorrectly fitted.

The rear case has some small marks, and has clearly defined double step - indeed the engraving is also well defined.

    Original dust cover

Note the pushers are Fat Neck NOS that I found.

Case back exhibits a few service marks

Movement is in very nice clean condition, as you would expect as I serviced it at STS in 2012 but have no papers. I would expect to want to service it in a few years, should any issues arise.

    Extract of the Archives:
(Snapped with my phone hence colour is slightly yellow)

Watch is currently in USA and can be shipped Parcel Pro world wide. USA shipping included in price.
Payment to my HSBC account in US dollars by wire. (Cant tell you the fun and games I have had with transfer services, so please just a wire!)

    Why am I selling?

I am reducing my watch collection to a manageable size. I have other 105.012-65 that I am keeping.

    Price £6,400
Payment in USD to my HSBC account in Hong Kong.

    Delivery.
Watch is in UK and can be sent RMSD or Face to face near or in London

Notes on my position and ethos
I am not motivated by profit and so I have no reason to embellish or over describe. I sell my watches to make room for more that I have bought. I have been on eBay since 2002 with 100% feedback. I have bought and sold a few watches on www.OmegaForums.net and you can find my feedback by searching my username. I am the author of Speedmaster101.com and protecting my reputation is more important to me than selling off a watch. I am not a watch dealer, I make my money elsewhere, watches are my pleasure.

Watch is now in UK and priced at £6,400

That makes it the cheapest correct, serviced certified 105.012 on the market that I can find

(It does have a 32 tooth Omega service crown)
