Up for grabs is a Speedmaster 105.003 including correct 7912/64 and a set of repro 6 end links. The head and bracelet can be split, but only if the head goes first. The leather band is not included in the sale. The watch is in great original condition and the case still retains nice sharp lugs, with all bevels present. The dial is in great shape and the lume appears original, as do the hands. The plots have aged to a darker colour than some, but in natural light there is still a lovely patina to the dial. The hands are original, as are the crown and pushers. The case back has a few tiny marks and the hippocampus, although a little faint, is clearly there to see. The DON bezel shows it's age but is commensurate with the price. It has a slight fade to it and i.m.o suits the watch well. No dents or major dings. Under the dust cover is a Cal.321 movement with stamped serial, 24530***. This puts it in the correct range for a -65, as marked in the caseback. The movement was recently serviced by Simon Freese, so is obviously spotless, and currently runs perfectly. All functions start, stop and reset, as designed. The service was in July 2018 so the remainder if the 12 month warranty is in place, service papers included. All in all this is nice honest example of a 105.003. I have priced this slightly under 'good' on Speedmaster101 to hopefully aid a quick sale.
