If you were to pick one, which would it be and why? Size-wise, I think the Seamaster 300 60th is perfect for my small wrist. The quirkiness of the bezel which has a reverse countdown makes it a favorite talking point. The faux patina is a nice touch and love it in bracelet or NATO strap. Both are limited edition.
Tough call.. Spectre for its better movement (double barreled and jumping hour hand), lollipop hand, and its movie inclusion. 60th for its greater rarity, thin profile, and smaller overall size It's like picking a favorite child. Maybe close your eyes and just point to one.
What is your wrist size? You mentioned small wrist, so that may play a large role in the the deciding factor.
I have an enormous gorilla wrist too and it's a no-brainer for the 60th. I think it's the best watch release of the past couple years
Thank you all for chiming in. Kudos to the Spectre SM 300 owner. Here is a wrist shot of my SM 300 60th Anniversary Edition which I’m loving it. Omega did right on this one. No right or wrong answers. But glad to know most are favorably veered on the 60th.
I was in a boutique in Hawaii in December. I asked about the SM. The salesman showed me a SM 60th ann. Watch. I asked about the watch he had on. He called it a mock spectre. He had swapped out the second hand. I asked about the real spectre and he told me that they only got 3 and they were all presold and once a week someone different walks in and asks about it. I like the 60th but it is my middle favorite of the trilogy. Different strokes I guess. Also the spectre is selling above msrp now.
