Unmarked case that fits a V72, same pushers, same screw down crown !

 

I think there were some more brands that sold these watches in the 60s than UG. For example Jaques Droz used these rubber pushers with very similar case and V72. So I think this case isn't a UG prototype. More likely it's a case for another brands watch.
