Source for narrow (14mm) strap?

I recently acquired a vintage watch (from another member of this forum, thanks OF) and now after getting it serviced and in working order, I have been trying to find a strap to fit. The lug pins on this watch are fixed, so it would have to be a wrap around style strap. The NATO and perlon style straps I can find are all too wide, the width is such that only a 14mm (or maybe 15mm) strap will work.

I found a leather "weekender style" strap from an Etsy seller and was excited about it, only to find out the leather is just a bit too thick to fit between the watch and lug pins.

The only other options I can find are the wide leather "cuff style" straps with the inner nylon strap to weave the watch through, but I was hoping to find a cleaner, more dressy look. Can anyone offer me some suggestions?

I think Hirsch has 14mm open ended straps. Try eBay as well

Thank you for the suggestions on the open ended straps! I had not thought about that option at all. Ill browse those, they look nice.
