Source for complete gasket set for Omega speedmaster reduced 3510.50

I just “won” a crusty 3510.50 with a low bid I had frankly forgotten about. Hopefully I’m lucky….
Watch is filthy crusty and reportedly running very fast. Hopefully just needs to be demagnetized but an overhaul will eventually happen once I hone my skills a bit more.
Assuming either the demagnetization works or I can adjust the balance for some interim use.
It does seem pretty clear though that it would benefit from a complete gasket set. I did not see anything on eBay.
Is there a good source for a gasket set?
Also curious where I can find the various pn for the watch if I’ll need to source individually.
Hoping swatch doesn’t have the gaskets locked down like parts….
Thanks!

You cannot buy parts direct from Omega (Swatch Group). You might find a watchmaker who'll risk their arrangement with Omega and sell you parts, you might find generic seals on ebay or from an online parts store, you might find someone liquidating a watchmakers supply.

I’m fine with quality aftermarket gaskets. Need the dimensions or pn though.

The case back seal is a hard plastic seal - part number is 198ZW5029. Dimensions are Ø32 T0.62 H0.75.

The crown seal is not sold separately (and therefore no dimensions are given), but the crown part number is 069ST42065.

The pusher seals are also not sold separately, and the pushers aren't really designed to be disassembled - you will likely break the screw off inside the pusher cap if you try. But the part number for the pushers is 086ST0079.

Note that these are press fitted into the case.

It is very unlikely that you will just be able to change some seals - it doesn't really work that way.

Regarding this:

Hopefully just needs to be demagnetized but an overhaul will eventually happen once I hone my skills a bit more.

I have no idea what sort of watch repair you have done to date, but tackling a modular chronograph is not something I would recommend for any beginner. You could just service the base movement, but that would only be doing half the job.

I’m a ways away from a modular movement overhaul, but since my trusted shop has a year wait I may get there eventually and if my skills aren’t there in a year, it’ll be his to overhaul.

Curious though that the seals are so challenging to source/to replace. Omega is very different than the other watches I have worked on for sure.

Saw one eBay seller with some aftermarket press in pushers, but oddly no gaskets.

Pushers on the unit I bought appear to be locked up with junk. I’ll see if cleaning without trying to remove the pushers has any impact - but my guess is that will be a challenge.

Looks like I’ll be taking this one quite a bit slower than I have in the past to get purchases into a serviceable condition while they get in line for an overhaul. Parts are much harder to get and much more expensive than with the Seiko Chrons that I am very familiar with. I do love a good challenge and this one appears to be that challenge.

Appreciate the caseback gasket number. That seems at least doable 😁
