As per title, I’m my pursuit to add a Speedmaster to my collection I found a bracelet to get me started on fleebay and now I think it’s a dud. I would appreciate your opinion please? Matt.

I am no expert, but the only watches I have seen with a single side release like that have been fakes. Nothing modern uses it, but could an old vintage one use it? Maybe. Still would avoid it especially for that asking price.

Definitely a fake bracelet. The clasp is a dead giveaway. You can find these sold as aftermarket bracelets on various sites for a fraction of what you paid for this. Sorry you got taken, but if you were fooled by this bracelet, you’d better really do your research before buying the Speedmaster!

Assuming you paid by PayPal just get your money back. It's described as an Omega bracelet. It is not one. I don't think you will have an issue

Sorry it IS another fake, and this was before I double checked the book "Moonwatch Only".

I know some of the experts have stated that there are a few errors in the book, "Moonwatch Only The Ultimate Omega Speedmaster Guide".
Do yourself a favor and buy the book, it would have answered a lot of my questions and it also taught me a few things I didn't know about my own Speedmaster.
