...but I thought I'd ask here first. I only recently caught the watch bug, but I'm alarmed by the apparently huge number of fakes and frankenwatches floating around. Someone I know has offered to sell me this watch. I would hate to pass on a great find but would also hate being ripped off. Is it even real? I haven't seen the watch yet (these photos were emailed) but could arrange to see it this week. The seller is local but I have been limiting my trips outside due to local restrictions. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
