    Pretty large asking price for a watch that has half the gold plate polished off the lugs.

    that's what I was thinking, and is the round stain on the dial valuable vintage patina?


    here is a much finer 1970 one that fetched a grand total of 1200 euros in march last year:

    Do they get more valuable the older they are? (not being mean, I don't even know..)

    oh and another thing :) this is a 146.0017 right?
    Omega says 146.017 was designed in 1969 and sold in 1970. So why does this ad say 1965?

    A lot of sellers think these caliber 930 DeVilles are more valuable than they really are. No surprise to see somebody ask twice the usual selling price of a vintage watch.
