I would say 2 people failed to read the description. http://m.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-NEW-O...NT-HOLDER-RING-PROFESSIONAL-PRE-/380659874304Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network $66. Period correct on this would be meaningless right?
Hi I would return item . Look at the listing as it displays on my iPhone Says "good condition don bezel ...." That would be more then enough to call the listing in error, ambiguous and a refund would be in order .... Good hunting Bill Sohne
It's ambigious based on that mini summary. The description says it for what it is: Refundable due to incorrect summary?

So what s the issue with this listing? I'm sure I'm missing something obvious for those into Speedy's.
The issue is the text describing a DON bezel when in fact what you are buying is a movement holder/spacer. ebay will always side with the buyer in cases of disputes about description so I don't really think the seller has anything to gain by deliberately mis-describing an item so it is probably just a mistake or laziness. Be under no illusions, regardless of text stating otherwise, if you call foul auction, ebay will force a return. Basically this was a very expensive movement holder, with no intrinsic value over a service replacement. Sometimes I feel sorry for the buyer when this happens and other times I question their intelligence or willingness to actually read the listing properly and ask questions if there are ambiguities like here.
I see, the subtitle bit might seem misleading. To be fair both the title and description are correct so it's more of an unintentional situation - to me it seems that the subtitle describes the watch that the seller breaks for parts.
Hi Seller is from Mexico, so good chance English is a second language .. just adds to the assumption that it was just a clerical error . But the listing has an error no matter what . That is enough wiggle room to call the auction off in my opinion. Now if your the seller you could at least communicate with buyer saying here is a photo of your item about to me packed up .... and see if they call foul . If it was me I would email buyer and just say hey this is the pic of the item just to be clear .. Good hunting Bill
I don't think the language barrier is an excuse for the headline of the listing. That being said, is it any worse that putting 'rare' or any other misleading words in the description purely for click bait? It is clear in the description what is offered in the sale, and what is not, though.
