I book marked the auction for the case and a few parts. Wasn't paying much attention to the bracelet as it's not the styled I like (BOR models I collected).

Bit shock when a few days later the high bid went from $23 to $338 and wondered if a rare case, something I'm not seeing or somebody really wants those roached parts

Did a search on the bracelet # which solved the high bids. Model 7912 and in demand

Auction ended at $1136.00. Guess it was worth the price to someone

$1136 for a 7912 is a good price today (~$800 was the norm a few months back)

 

I lost out on three auctions for a 7912 recently where I thought my high bid of ~$1200 would be good enough)

What are they typically worn with?

 

I wanted one for my seamaster, but also goes with speedmaster 2998, 105.003 etc. Not to use for daily wearing, but to restore the watch to original spec re. value
