Okay thanks for the heads-up. So I assume that if I were to be lucky and buy a nice Constellation for less than 1k it would keep its value or even rise?

Maintained value is a question that is often raised.
And the answer is always the same - don’t buy vintage watches as an investment.
The question about Constellations is too simple - not all Connies are as in demand as others. (Case, dial, material all affect value)
However, Connies are generally on the up - and if you want the most likelihood of maintaining value - condition, condition, condition.

You’ll have to send me the links.
I’m sure you and @ConElPueblo wont mind me fishing in your pond. 😀
(BTW SS Connies tend to command higher prices than gold cap)

That particular pond you can have for yourself 😉

Agree. My guess is that there's less hype around Seamasters, and you may still be able to get a great watch.
Hype? 😲
I do hope you weren’t referring to Connies.
You must be confusing them with that moon-watch thingy..... 🙄

Welcome to the forum 😀

The second example is a complete fabrication - not worth spending a second on.

I am sure you will find something soon, but it will help you if you narrow down your search to a certain style or era. Best of luck!
By complete fabrication, Troels means it is fake
