Shipping charges will be at cost, by FEDEX Courier and I’m happy to declare any purchaser value, at your risk. Preferred Payment will be via Bank wire transfer, Paypal add 4%. Contact [email protected] The Fourth and Final batch of three for your consideration are: WWW Grana GBP 5000.00 As we are to post only one per day, please go to the Military Watch Resource PX to see the other two.
You can post the watches here individually in separate threads - the objection was placing more than one watch in the same thread. And I can't imagine this watch taking long to sell at all!
Only one per day per the rules thread, and also the comments made in his last thread... And I agree it will be gone quickly I suspect! But GLWS to the OP anyway.
Just the Grana - the most valuable by a significant margin due to scarcity - than all the other WWWs including the JLC and IWC models.
Ok i'll be the first to ask and ready to be shot down Are we missing a case screw and what is the strange item between movement and case ? No intention to denigrate a beautiful watch
I have read posts claiming that only 1,200 (1,500 was mentioned in one post) of the Granas were originally produced.
Hi Dennis, No, not a typo. There were reportedly only 1,000 Grana contracted, and the number that survives since the end of WW2 is a lot smaller. (Similar in numbers to the Rolex Milsubs, and what they are doing!) As I'm purely a collector, I hadn't noticed the screw and the other item was regrettably fluff when the pic was taken. Strong Interest expressed on this item, so am confident of a sale within a week. Cheers, Buster
Here's a nice little chart of WWW production qtys courtesy Koenig/van de Meijden (Horological Journal):
