***Watch is sold*** For sale is a lovely 38mm Reference 2181. Dial & Hands - All original two tone dial with just the right amount of patina. Markers and hands are rose gold. I suspect the seconds hand has been painted black (possibly during a service). Case & Crown - Case is stainless and in great condition. I've seen these listed as both 37mm and 38mm (it's probably somewhere in between). Case has sharp lugs and it doesn't appear to have been polished. Crown is signed and appears to be original. Lugs are 19mm. Inside caseback is signed "2181 5 B". Crystal - Unsigned crystal is in excellent condition. Movement - Caliber 265 is clean and in working order. Movement pic is from previous seller. 11 million serial number dates the watch to the late 1940s. The service history is unknown. Disclaimer: I recommend a service. This is an antique watch and I make no guarantees about accuracy and/or reliability. Strap & Buckle - The watch is fitted with a generic brown leather strap and modern 16mm signed omega buckle. Pics from previous seller: --Reduced to $750-- Asking $1,200 shipped CONUS. DHL International express for an extra $50. You can look me up under the same name on ebay. Bump. Reduced to $850 The wrist shot is the best indication of how this watch looks in person. The macro shots are misleading.
Bump. Still available. Here's a video which more clearly shows the spot on the dial and how it disappears in certain lighting and from different angles.
