Details
Dial: White “pie pan” dial, exceedingly clean. Lume dots along the stick hour markers are fully intact and the patina perfectly matches the handset. Correct open 6 & 9 on date wheel.
Case: Case is quite sharp with signs of wear coming from everyday use and/or perhaps a light polish in the past. Original factory finish on the lugs is still present. Some minor scratches and dings are visible. 36mm diameter. Reference and serial numbers are well defined.
Bezel: Distinctive engine-turned bezel
Bracelet: Original Rolex USA jubilee bracelet showing typical stretch. Three extra links included.
Crystal: Genuine Rolex OEM crystal
Accessories: Circa 1977 “Your Rolex Oyster” booklet
Condition: A great vintage Datejust in all original condition (excluding the new crystal). This DJ keeps accurate time but a service is highly recommended--service history is unknown.
