Available is a beautiful example of an 105.012-65 Speedmaster Professional to be enjoyed in a collection or as a regular wearer. As you may know Model 105.012 was produced for 5 years from 1963-1968, and housed the Omega caliber 321 movement. Here’s the description with photos. - Stainless 42mm steel case, likely carefully polished over the years, shows well retaining strong and even signature twisted lugs. There are no dings on the case. - Caseback is double-stepped and in very nice condition with prominent Seahorse and "Speedmaster" text. The inside caseback is marked “105 012-65” with HF stamp. Dust cover is included. - Signed crown is flat foot 24 side with low pushers. - The stepped AML dial is in very good to “almost excellent” overall condition considering it’s age with a very nice even patina with a hint of brown hue. On the dial is the applied metal Omega logo. - The long indices hour markers have a very nice yellow patina with fairly consistent lume under UV. - 2 handsets are included – Current handset (Hour, minutes, chrono) are tritium service replacements. PLUS the older hands that were replaced (still displays lume under UV) are packaged and included in the sale. - Clean Hesalite crystal with signed Omega logo. - The 321 caliber movement is in clean excellent condition having received a full service in 2013 from the previous owner (a faded receipt copy will be included). All functions including subdial functions work crisply and correctly. - Serial is 24,014,xxx, and based on other serial numbers cataloged for this reference production date was in 1966. - Two bezel inserts are included – a Dot Over 90 insert with some chips and wear, AND a later (I think a mid 1990s) Dot Near 90 insert that’s in excellent condition which is currently on the watch. - Bracelet is the very comfortable 1506 flat-link with 16 end-links dated 4/66. It’s in excellent overall condition with little stretch and 22 links total - 9 links/13 links – to fit up to an 7.5 inch wrist. It’s signed with the Omega logo on the clasp and "No. 13, Steelinox, Omega 1506, Swiss Made, 4-66" on the inner hinge. NOTE: The buckle was replaced at some point so the current buckle came from a 1039 bracelet. This is a very nice 105.012 65 with extras to make it a hallmark Speedmaster. I had plans to "put it back together" and now have other projects so mostly looking to have it go to a good home at what I think is a fair price. Available for $9,000 - Speedmaster watch with bracelet and extras - and includes shipping CONUS. Sale is final unless the description is not correctly presented. Lots of references available.
Thanks for all the interest - a point of clarification, the extra handset and specifically the chrono hand is not period correct to the 105.012 65.
