Hello OF! Since i purchased the GMT a good part of my collection must go and the first is the speedy, unfortunately. Here is my early 74 speedmaster ( yes the particular serial that is very contested ) with METAL brake. Description. Bezel : Original and correct in very good condition and it is partially turned gray. Case: I would say that definetly show its age and the fact that it has been used, a lot, but.....and this is the thing that i loved, it is still sharp and i loved how the steel looks like. Glass: Some very minor scratches but still good with Omega logo visible. Dial: It is not a perfect dial. There is a sign on the dial in the top left quadrant (probably damaged in one of the previous service ) but sometimes it's very hard to notice. Hour marks have patina but not the most attarctive. Hands original with matching patina. Movement and how does it work: +/- 4 second per day last time it was checked in december with with everything working as it should. Keepd very good time. Comes with this sort of velvet strap in good condition that looks great on the watch. Price: $3700 +paypal fees, shipped CONUS fully insured or Best Offer. No returns unless my description is totally off. Any questions let me know. Plese note that movement photo are from the previous seller with his permission, i will update with fresh one when i have time to go at my watchmaker.
Apparently I’m a total idiot and has pointed out, I wrote the wrong material for the chrono brake The watch have a METAL brake, NOT the plastic one. Editing and correcting now. Sorry!
Since i've been temporarily laid off (businness will be close for at least 3 weeks ) i would like to sell the watch quickly. Consequently, i'm dropping the price at $3100 including shipping CONUS + Paypal fees
