This is the last one of my watches to be sold for now.... A 1965 22mill serial number manual wind Cal 601 in a 40micron gold plated case with a screw back hippo caseback. Lovely champagne coloured dial with applied logo and faceted numbers. Thin gold stick hands make this a super dress watch which is how I wore it sparingly. On a black Hirsch leather croc dial and a non-OEM gp Omega buckle. Super original unpolished case with sharp lugs. I have done nothing to this watch but wear it. It keeps good time but would probably recommend a service at some stage. Movement seems clean and serial number indicates circa 1965. What makes this stand out from the ordinary is the original Omega Seamaster box and UK dealer network leaflet. The box is in excellent almost mint condition - I have never seen another like it so must be very rare - stamped Made in Switzerland on base. Perfect for the Goodwood Revival! It is a good size and wears well - case is 35mm but feels bigger. Difficult to price this with the rather special Seamaster box but in the spirit of the forum I would like to offer this at £600 inc RMSD to UK address. Overseas postage at cost.
