There is a slight mark on the Anti-Reflective coating otherwise, a clean example. Taken into consideration when pricing. It comes with everything pictured and a Omega Factory Warranty Card from an Authorized Dealer dated 9/8/2016 with remaining 4 years covered until 9/8/2020.
