I decided to let this watch go since it gets no wrist time. Offered is an early Omega Genève in a stainless steel case. This is a ref. 2754, dating to 1954 and is to the best of my knowledge all original. Watch measures 34.5 mm in diameter, excluding the crown. It comes on a black generic leather strap. This example is in very good condition. To the best of my knowledge and experience, the case looks like it has not been polished. There are a few light scratches and dings showing under magnification, which can been seen in the photos. The black dial is original and in excellent condition. The hands and markers are in rose gold and in excellent condition. The movement is a cal. 266 and is also in excellent running condition. Watch is working correctly, but has not been serviced or timed recently. I would recommend having it serviced if the plan is to wear the watch regularly. These watches don't come up for sale very often. Moreover, the black dial variant is uncommon. In the past 12 years I have seen only a handful of examples.
