Gotta let this one go unfortunately. It is a stainless steel constellation with arrowhead markers and comes with a 7077 bracelet (4 functional stretch links) and #4 end links. One of the #4 endlinks is larger than the other, probably for a seamaster case. Someone forced it in and made a dent in the case back. Other interesting fact, the medallion on the case back seems to have been replaced/custom made. Instead of the observatory it has an image of what I would guess is the virgin Mary. Case: Stainless Steel, reference 2782-3 SC Movement: Cal 354 bumper, 14million serial Crown: honeycomb Bracelet: 7077 with 4 functional stretch links, #4 endlinks. Service history unknown.
