·For sale is my retro Omega Seamaster Yachting Chronograph ref: 176.010 but this one if the extremely hard to find gold plated version. This is one of the hardest Omega chronographs to find and am biting my lip not to use the 'rare' word. I have only ever seen 5.
The condition of this watch is as good as it gets. The case is in near perfect condition, the watch is still on its original strap and gold plated buckle.
The watch is a stunning piece of design with the case a mix of brushed and polished gold and not to be confused with the other Seamaster Chronograph 176.007, this is an entirely different case, larger and chunkier and wears like a much more modern watch.
I actually discovered the watch last May while looking for a different model and I couldn't pass up on such a find but the watch is in such good condition that I couldn't bring myself to wear it and it has sat in the safe ever since. It appears that the watch has hardly ever been worn, it is that clean.
The movement is the brilliant cal.1040 and is running perfectly and all functions are working as they should. I have no service history with the piece and it appears as the watch has hardly ever been worn so a service would be recommended.
The dial, crystal, case, hands are all near mint condition as if the watch was only made yesterday.
This watch is extremely hard to find and even harder to find in a condition like this!!!
Asking price is €3000 and will include recorded and tracked shipping within Europe, outside may cost a little more. Bank transfer or Paypal are both no problem. The watch is located in Ireland and can be shipped worldwide.
