Letting this lovely dress watch go as I just don't wear it enough. Powered by the redoubtable cal. 854, which most probably needs servicing as I have no idea when or if it ever was serviced. Dial is excellent w/ a few tiny specks (possibly dust) seen under 4x loupe. Presents as flawless to the naked eye. Hands and crown are original and overall excellent w/some oxidation on the seconds hand. Movement looks clean w/exception of staining at the bottom of the rotor. Case has seen polish but not excessively so, original contours are present, and looks great on the wrist. I have circled two areas on the case back where it appears that a chimp with a can opener tried to open the back. I left the tarnish on the 18kt case as I like the way it looks. Buyer can easily shine this one up with a simple cleaning. case size: 34.3 (35.7 w/crown) Case#1732597 mvt# 1757119 would indicate it was sold around the 1964-1965 range. Will come on generic leather strap. Prices seem all over the place for these, and I think $2000 is a reasonable ask for this one. Please don't hesitate to ask for more pics or info.
