This is the first version of the first generation and pics tell the story:

Dial: I would call it mint minus. Under loupe the gloss is near perfect with perhaps one or two tiny blebs that are hard to visualize under high power. Radium on markers and hands is flawless, two tiny dots on radium at the 3:00 and 6:00 markers only seen under loupe.
Some minor oxidation on hands and markers as to be expected on a watch this old. Again, only visualized under high power. Double signed "Birks"...

Case: This is the 36.5mm version. Unpolished with tiny scuffs and a few tiny dings and superficial scratches. Case back has some minor scratches and superficial scuffing as seen in photos.

Movement: Shiny and clean but will need a service as I have no idea of when this was last done.

Bracelet: original GF with date code of 1-60. It may be original to the watch but since I have not owned it since new I really cannot say this with absolute certainty. There is one cracked link as seen in photos. I will supply a few spare links and this will be a cinch for a jeweler or watchmaker to replace.

Asking $6800 ONRO based on condition. Fedex/Parcelpro to lower 48 is on me. Overseas wiill split shipping with buyer,

Please don't hesitate to ask for more pics.

    Cheers,
    Todd

Nice one! Is this the 36.5 mm version, or 34.5 mm?

I was asked a question about the radium reading by a forum member. Attached is the radiation scale for my Radex 1503+ which shows that a reading of 1.02 uSv/hr is pretty hot!

Hope this clears up any confusion. Radex RD1503+ Geiger Counter.JPG
