BRAND : Aquadive MODEL : Model 50 YEAR : 1976-1979 CONDITION : Very good Hello dear fellow members For sale, quite an unusual watch, this 70’s Aquadive diver, a 10 ATM waterproofed beast (not recently tested) Bought 3 years ago from Jeff Wilson and worn less than 20 times since Caliber: ESA Dynotron ref 9154, 13 jewels, 28800 bph and working as it should Battery: Union Carbride 1,35V Mercury, easily replaceable Case :No scratches or ding. Minor scratches on the caseback Bezel: uni-directional and clicks. The insert blue color is slightly faded Dial: noticeable spots on the index due to a former fyrquel leaking (the fluid inside used to action the depht meter). Has been restored by previous owner. A new old stock dial is provided if you ever wish to switch it. Hands: very good and original lume intact. The orange hand has been repainted Crown: original and screw as it should. When unscrewed and pulled, movement is hacked and the battery consumption is set to off This watch has an integrated depht meter, US patent 3377860, as shown on the caseback. It is not currently working as the hydraulic fluid (fyrquel) has not been refilled. However, the watch has been totally restored and - if you ever considered to put fluid inside again - the depht meter should operate again.
