This was sold to a gentleman overseas a few weeks ago. He had me ship to a friend in the U.S and just received it last week. He discovered some scratches in the dial that I did not find in my pre-sales inspection of this watch, and so I took it back from him. The scratches (buyers pics) are shown in the pics below. I am sitting at my desk now and looking at the dial under loupe. I see the scratches he has outlined, but only at an angle under certain lighting. The scratches appear to be superficial and in the clear coat.. I don't recall where I purchased this one. But it is a stunner, and I will miss it. Dial: exceptional with gorgeous patina and nearly flawless with the exception of a tiny mark beneath minute markers 58 and 58 and which is not visualized with the naked eye. Under loupe one can see tiny dots of oxidation (no bubbling or lacquer breakdown) and a subtle, homogenous mottling which add to it's beauty. Markers are near perfect and reflect the light beautifully. Movement: Cal. 505 looks good and appears to be keeping reasonable time, but I have not yet timed it to a reference. Case: very sharp and in great condition with a few tiny superficial dings and scrapes on bezel. These are only seen under certain light and angles and for the most part are invisible, but are amplified by my "warts and all" approach to watch photography.. Also a few scrapes on a lug undersurface. Several small scrapes on case back at the end of the Constellation engraving Crystal: original with Omega symbol in center and which took me a few minutes to locate with loupe, but it's there. Hands: a few very tiny and superficial scrapes with can be seem with naked eye, but you really have to look for them.. Please study the pics carefully and don't hesitate to ask for more. Asking $1600/ONRO for this one, based on condition and overall beauty. No trades please. I accept pp f+f or bankwire. Fedex/ParcelPro shipping to lower 48 is on me. Outside will split with buyer.
