Yes to a certain degree but this is too sloppy. As if they want to be able to say: your call, we know nothing. Perhaps mismatching movement?

I've noticed this on a number of auctions. They don't want to be responsible for case marks when opening. Some cases can be extremely difficult to open and any damage could cost them money. Not only in loss of bids, but if the item doesn't sell and they ship a damaged case back to the seller.
