Yep was watching that one Wow. What I love about this watch is that it was sold by a pensioner who had a very lucky escape. There was a story in the UK press that tells how: 'He went to get the watch serviced 20 years ago and he asked for the watchmaker to change the dial. But the company was unable to do the work. He later found out the repair would have knocked 95 per cent off the value'. Brilliant story!

I had to chuckle at the auctioneer's comment to the phone operator at £130,000 ... "yes, feel free to take a second or two".
I could pay off my mortgage with that amount. Let's see...... a dirty old Rolex or a debt free domicile...... hmmm, not a hard choice for most.
