Please do tell the sorry. What make and model is the watch laying down? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
JLC Polaris. From here. Sitting on the very bottom shelf of a case full of IWCs and JLCs. Almost missed it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This is a pretty impressive watch shop, it is called JackRoad, been there a few times, bought an Ed White from them some months ago. The gentleman on the right is looking into a case of Pateks, the first 2 watches on the left, bottom row are $250k each. I had to do the math in my head twice, good thing I do not know how to appreciate Pateks. The gentleman second from right is looking into the case I found this watch, literally by his feet. Hundreds of Omegas, new and old, in the cases against the wall. I was in search of a 105/145.012, they did not have one. There are a few other watch shop on the same floor, less selection.
Stunning watch... but I think that it's the modern tribute rather than an original (which I only point out as perhaps other posters think it's a real 68 model).
Nice pickup. This line is my absolute favorite of Jaeger-LeCoultre's - the Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm, the Polaris, the Deep Sea Chronograph "Vintage" - all beautifully proportioned, wonderful!
