After a lot of searching I finally found, what I believe, is a truly vintage Omega Constellation De Luxe. The watch is pristine, which always makes me suspicious. :cautious: The movement looks brand new! The pictures I got from the seller were from his iphone from a distance so you get an idea as to the pics I was working with. Ignore the little hairs in the pics, there are no scratches on the watch.

Any thoughts or concerns with the originality of the watch, please do not hesitate, post them!

Everything looks good to me, even the buckle. I can't tell if the crystal is signed. If not, you should be able to get a new one pretty easily.

I see traces of an original box in the background, is that part of the deal?

I forgot to mention the crystal, yes it's signed! I was happy to see that. The strap is made in Germany and stamped "Kaufmann Krokodil Handmade". I like the thickness and feel of it. The box in the background did not come with the watch. I picked one up from Germany when I knew I had the watch coming. Needed something proper to store it in when I'm not wearing it. :)

Sweet watch man! You shouldn't be to incredulous about it being so nice. These might have been special occasion only watches for some people and thus were worn very sparingly.

Yep! Canada Post delivered it on a Sunday of all things. I posted pics I took right away just to make sure I didn't miss something super ugly. I find it is easy to miss the small stuff when the overall package looks so good!

I checked them all with my loupe and I think they are all right on.

Oh my goodness that's pretty. I've only got a few watches left to fill out what I want in my small collection, that Connie and a nice 940 Hamilton would do it.

    Very nice!
I don't study these, just admire them.
And maybe starting to desire them:)

    Very nice indeed!
Everyone needs a great Constellation like that in their collection. It's having the patience to wait for a great one like yours that is the problem for most!
