Snoopy #3. Alternative straps and bracelets

Hello everyone. Excuse my english in advance, as I am spanish speaker.

Now that it seems that more people (including me) have received our desired Speedmaster Snoopy, I'd like to see possible alternatives for straps and bracelets. Don't get me wrong, I love OEM strap, but I'd like to explore alternatives.
So:

1) I was thinking of buying a 16mm Deployant clasp, but I've read it won't fit on my actual 20/16mm OEM strap. Is that right?

2) I think that the same blue OEM strap exists in a deployant version, but I guess it would cost around 500€ the pack.
So, do you know any similar alternative strap. I mean blue canvas strap, preferably with deployment?

3) I know new 3861 bracelet will fit, but not perfectly. That's a choice. EDIT: it fits perfectly and is the final choice for me.

4) Omega Boutique told me Apollo XI 50th anniversary bracelet won't fit properly, but I'm not sure of this point, as I've seen contradictory information on this forum. More info will be appreciated. EDIT: aftermarket endlink is necessary.

5) Forstner/ Uncle Seiko. I guess US hollow link will fit, not sure I like the result with my Flat Link US. EDIT: plenty possibilities available.

I think the 3861 bracelet looks better than the flat link in this case - maybe it’s because it’s less polished.

omega do some nice NATO’s with blue in which would probably suit also.

your watch deserves a quality strap, highly doubt this is.

Agreed, on the other hand, similar Omega deployment + strap would cost over 500€, and I was thinking for a little more buying the OEM metal bracelet.

I didn't find any similar band of a higher quality, so if anyone could show me options...

I've ordered the chinese anyway, at least to take a closer look at it.

That is correct, Omega deployant clasp requires a minderless strap with different finishing on a fixed side than standard strap. Actually if you look at the photo of the Chinese one you posted you will see what I mean.

I think the new (old) style bracelet works fantastic with Snoopy, as shown by members here. If you wanna go a bit cheaper but have the almost exact braceelt, go with Uncle Seiko. Yes the clasp is different, but get a NOS old Omega folding clasp and you'll have a bit a vintage hommage 😀
