Good day Gentlemen. Searching around the forum I realize this topic has come up in the past but I still have a question for those of you who have mounted the Omega 1610/930 bracelet on your SMPc. Is there any fitting required for this swap or special spring bars needed? I'd like to try the 1610/930 bracelet on my SMPc (21230412003001) but wanted to make sure I know exactly what I'm getting into before spending a pile of money on a new bracelet. I really love the watch but I am growing tired of the 1515/816 Bond bracelet. Thank you and I appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have.

So I ordered the bracelet and it is a perfect fit on the 21230412003001 SMPc. No special fitting or spring bars or anything. Just thought I'd update the thread for any future reference.

Hey Hey_Joe, do you have any photos of the new swap? I just picked up my first nice watch (also the SMPc) and was thinking of doing a similar swap. How much did the bracelet cost you?

 

Is there an end link issue at all? The 930 links are designed for a 11mm case and the 2500 models are deeper, though that may just be in the caseback I guess. I do prefer the 1610 vs the Bond.
