For sale is a rare Smiths 6B issued watch from 1967. These are almost identical to the W10 but the 6B were issued to the R.A.F and not the British Army. I have not been able to verify the exact numbers these were produced in, but from what I've read, it is in the hundreds. I've followed Smiths watches over the last few years and this is the first 6B I have seen. All original and in great unpolished condition. Only the hands were aged (by Simon Freese) as the lume was gone. The hacking 60466E movement is spotless and runs perfectly. The previous owner sold it as recently serviced.
