Have you asked the seller for Omega model number and movement cal type. He's reply or lack of it will give you the answer

As you have edited your intro here is my verdict: To make it short: This is a put together watch (marriage) using a pocket watch movement - most likely deriving from Ukraine (the sellers from over there are famous for these creations...). Such a watch has never left the Omega factory this way - it is (near) worthless - at least it is not a collectors watch at all...
Interesting filter you have on your camera. I suggest you get what you can on eBay, just be careful with the information you give, mac_omega has given a good description.
