    Hi Everyone,
I inherited my fathers speed master serial 249xxxxx. The watch is fantastic and is in great shape. The adjustment of the bracelet seems as far out as it can go, but the band is a just a bit too small. What are my options?

This may not be the answer you expected, but maybe you'll consider it? I will presume a 105.012 case with a 20mm space between the lugs (since you stated "Professional" in the title).
If it were me, I would retire the bracelet (model 1039?) that my father wore that's too small for me, and replace it with this:

Keep your original band as they are valuable, which is the very reason many hobbyists replace the 1039 band even if it wasn't worn by their father!
And yes, I am also requesting photos!

Edit: I see by your photos it's not a 1039 bracelet. Serves me right for trying to offer advice without a picture.
I believe you already have an 1171 bracelet on it. Spare links are probably available. I'm just not sure where from?

OP's bracelet is a vintage 1171. I should add a one or two 1171 links

Really nice heirloom you have there!
You can buy a extra link for the original bracelet. Is it a 1171?

@Hijak I agree, but I don't want to mess with it. Taking it in to be cleaned and lubricated. I will have the repair guy fiddle with it.

This will be no problem for a watchmaker to rectify during a service! Its very easy to bend these, you're right to not mess with it...especially since it's going in for a service.
