Size of microtors

Good day
I am sorry if this has been asked before. I tried to find information without prevail.
Are the microtors from different calibers interchangeable?
And parts in general. I am looking for a movement to give one of my PR new life. It is a 215. And I often find 218 near mint movements on sale at ebay.

215-x and 218-x calibers all share the same rotor.
68, 69, and 1-69 will interchange with them, but are different designs.

You can switch the whole microrotor system. Even a 69 (ball bearing) to a 215.
In your case a 218 and a 215 share the same microrotor system as @CafeRacer answered 👍
