so many great models over the years, but this is their iconic watch imho, EZM1... but let's leave it open for debate and see what you've got... prost!

Resurrected just to keep the Sinns together. My vote is the EZM1 is the best.

That said, today I'm sporting the 857 on an Erica's MN strap, for a relaxed approach (rugged, but relaxed):

I won't argue with the EZM1 being a classic. I do enjoy my 103 LE though:

If we are going to use the word “classic” how about one of their actual “classics” ;)

Anyone here with an early Val 72 or 726 ? Those early 103A and 103B references are seriously cool.

    Just a 144 from the 70´s.

But with a rare dial, maybe you like this watch also ;)

    Ha!

This is a downloaded watch face on my Garmin Fenix 6. I wonder where the developer got the inspiration..? :whistling:

Watchbuys just opened up the pre-order for Sinns new offerings. I pre-ordered the U50 (50ATM) ...I always admired (and tried on) the U1...but it just seemed a “bridge too far” with its massive size. This new Sinn diver is a perfect 41mm and with the slim SW300-1 ..it could be worn on more than a few occasions. Here’s a pic of it side-by-side w’ it’s older brother the U1...
Can’t wait. Like the OP sez “ Sinn love!”

Oh, it comes w different flavors. Fully tegimented case
( versus just the bezel) , different straps. ( I prefer the H link SS) .... and bezel looks. Check them out.

So I have loved the look of Sinn watches from a distance but have never considered until now because of the size. I know they aren't comparable price wise but would I be crazy to choose a Sinn U50 over an Omega Seamaster Diver?

No, both are great Watches with different qualities. If you like a utilitarian feel, the Sinn is there for you. The Omega Seamaster is more known and gives a more luxurious feeling. It just depends what you want, can't go wrong either side.

@Njnjcfp88 still in love with your Damaszener? How do you like the new Sinn Heimat?

I’d have to see that 1739 Heimat in the real to give a nod either way. The “cider glass” diamond shapes in the dial , contrasting with the rhodium finish is probably stunning. I’m not a big fan of the Roman numerals either. The Damaszener gets a lot of compliments; there’s not many watches that look anything like it... wears a bit large though on my 6.5 “ wrist. Sorta wish it was a tad smaller - but I knew that going in as I tried one on at a road show.

Makes sense, from the pictures I got the same impression, stunning dial, and the hands work very well it, just the numerals feel bit flat. I just wish Sinn would have made it a bit smaller for my wrist. But maybe it wears smaller in real life.
I can imagine, it's really something else. Happy to hear that you still enjoy the piece.
Especially since the dial and the case are made of one piece is something else (if I remember correctly). The size was a big no for me. Otherwise it's just a League on its own.::love::
