This is my second time selling a watch on OF, and my third time ever selling a watch. I've been a member here since 2016, but naturally have nothing to show in terms of references except for once as a buyer. I guess many here have been in my shoes once, and I'll go out of my way to be as transparent as I can. This Sinn 8820t is Sinn's first ever titanium watch, and is rarely offered for sale. A little while back I started this thread to document the available information on this watch. I find myself wearing it too little, and would rather have someone else enjoy it more than I do. - Dial: in great condition, no spots or blemishes on the markers or dial. The depth gauge on the rehaut is a very cool detail rarely seen in a dive watch. I have not been able to test whether this depth gauge functions. - Case: 39mm diameter, 43mm lug to lug titanium case with some marks that you would expect to find on a tool watch of over 30 years old. - Bezel: clicks smoothly, no dings or scratches. - Crown: has been replaced in the past as the screw-down function no longer worked. I have the original crown still, and the replacement is a correct NOS crown from Sinn's own stocks - Chrystal: plexiglass with some marks on it - Movement: ETA 2892-2, keeps good time as far as I can tell, even though I do not have the equipment to test its accuracy precisely. - Hands: in great condition, no marks, evenly distributed lume - Bracelet: complete and original full-length titanium bracelet and end-links, with an NSA spring clasp. Minimal stretch on the bracelet. - Production: based on the serial number, and confirmed by Sinn, this watch was produced in 1987. Production numbers of this reference are currently unknown. - Service history: unknown - Price: €1699 net to me, ex shipping - Shipping/import taxes: I am based in the Netherlands.
