Luminova dial SeaDwellers (and Submariners) can be difficult to appreciate, as they are counter-intuitive to many collectors’ preference against “service dials” and one must be rather initiated to understand the rarity. However, for he who does, this piece will make a prized addition to your developing SeaDweller collection. This dial is the most rare variation, yet sells for a small fraction of the price of an original “single red”. 40mm. Ref. 1665
Look it more rare and is more valuable but worth less money... interesting marketing copy.

I’m generally not a Rolex guy. But this one I love more than any. My older brother bought a Single Red in the 1970’s. Sadly, he essentially gave it away when he got into a spot of financial bother. If only....
