One can read said reviews and make decisions on whether or not to patronize a business. Sometimes the business responds to clarify or offer a solution. Thats called “Social Listening”. I think that it is perfectly reasonable to post on service good or bad from a well known provider of services to the OF community. No sacred cows. Here is hoping the subject of this thread rights the ship. I’ve never personally used him but thought about it when I was frequently traveling between Chicago and London.
