Looking at a silver snoopy that does not include the papers but does include the box. The selling price is 18k. What do you guys think? Watch is in mint/unworn condition and being sold by a reputable dealer.
But now they want to sell it, and they want 18K... so why have they not put the effort into making it easy for a buyer to see it's legit?
You used to be able to order them in a boutique, but now, the watch would probably need to go back to Omega for them to be issued.
2nd post on this watch. It’s on chrono24 https://www.chrono24.es/omega/speed...nwatch-snoopy-award-apollo-13--id11842011.htm https://omegaforums.net/threads/recover-papers-of-a-speedmaster.99590/ This is a watch you need the papers on.
Agree to the comments above that it’s odd the seller did not order new papers. The difference between papers and no papers for this could be thousands.
The lowest I have seen SOLD lately is 21-22k for full set. Some have sold for around 26k Average listing price is 24-28k
Would suggest contacting Omega, and asking if replacement papers/cards are available before following through with this. If it feels too good to be true...
Just talked to OB and they can not provide replacement papers, unless I made the purchase through a boutique. They would authenticate based on serial number though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
